    do you mean in-floor tubing?

If so, you will need lower temperature water for the floor than for the baseboard.  There are a number of ways to achieve this, with varying costs and comfort levels.

Your boiler is massively oversized if it only feeds 40 ft of baseboard.  Adding radiation will help a bit, but you might want to consider a buffer tank.

    Baxi combo

Adding 800ft of radiant in tile, have mixing valve to lower temp. Do i need primary n secondary piping or can i just add anther zone for radiant?

    Two temps

Baxi can run two separate temps. with out using a mixing valve. You do need a three way zone valve to run in between high and low temp. It all depends on your pump head and what you have existing for controls.

    Which baxi do you have?

a lot of the new mod cons have the ability to heat to multiple temps, like 160 for DHW, 140 for a hydro air unit and 98 for a radiant circuit set..

If your does not do this {I am not very familiar with all of their models, just some of the new ones...}, I like to use a plate exchanger and aquastat to get the lower temp and not mix the 2 systems, in other words I run it completely separate, water feed, expansion tank, air scoop, and prv... Just grab the heat from the existing boiler and set the aquastat for my desired temp...

But you wont have to do that since you most likely can do it with your boiler, just wont run both zones at once...
