I am trying to find a good outdoor boiler, it would be for a snowmelt system. I want 2- 900,000 btu units that have stainless heat exchangers. This is a very cold climate so it needs to be able handle that as well. Natural gas and condensing as well.

    copper tube boilers

I think most all brands have outdoor versions, similar to a pool boiler I suppose, as far as the weather proofing.

How would you handle the condensate with an outdoor condensing boiler? Connected to a snowmelt you will get buckets of condensate from it.

    Good question

I guess piping it into the snowmelt drainage would work, but you gotta make sure it doesn't freeze up before it gets there. Trenching under the units is the only way I see its possible.

I have seen some boilers but most can't handle being in freezing temps.

    Boilers.
