Automatic Radiant Heat issue

I will first explain the layout of my system, then explain the issue I am having. I have a Buderus GA124 boiler that has a logamatic 2107 as it's controller. The logamatic 2107 has an FM241 mixer module that is tied to ESBE motorized control valve that regulates the water into the manifold for the radiant heat. My issue is whenever it gets down to around 32F the radiant heat turns on automatically; the first floor of my house gets very warm. I can go and physically turn the ESBE control valve to quell the warm water going into the system, but eventually it will switch back to warm water. My guess is that the logamatic 2107 is calling for the radiant heat to turn on. I also have a BFU room sensor in the first floor family room, but there are no led's lit on it; I pulled the cover off and I noticed that the heating circuit identifier is set to 1; I believe that it should be set to 2 if it is tied to an FM-241. I am looking for some guidance to resolve this issue. Thanks guy's
