Danfoss esbe mixing valves acting up on radiant system, HELP

I installed an 18 zone radiant heat system for a customer 10 years ago and all has been great, until now. There are 16 esbe mixing valves, most 1" starting to act up. Couple of problems, my suppliers no longer carry danfoss, and the valves are all closely install up connections. I would like to change is pools, or possibly clean them. Has anyone attempted to disassemble one of these and clean?

Valves
Can you post a pic? 4 way or 3 way mixing valves? I've used these for many years and a repair kit can be obtained with new gaskets and valve stem washers. The paper washer between the valve body and faceplate will need to be replaced and the body and stem cleaned and lubricated with high temp waterproof grease.
It's very unusual to zone with mixing valves, typically they're used to maintain a certain temperature and coupled with a motor actuator to maintain setpoint. Why so many?0 -
