Sizing an Indirect Water Heater

I am trying to replace the heating/DHW in a small house, 30K heat loss. I think I am going to possibly use the Cadet 40, 32 net modcon boiler. The hot water demand is small, two morning showers, closely spaced, and a few dishes washed, ect. Should a 20 gallon unit work?
