Buderus 142 "pumping away" and air eliminator

Dan believes in pumping away from the expansion...it makes sense.
Now with the <strong>Buderus 142/24</strong> gas wall hung boiler, the factory installed circulator is on the return of the built in manifold. One Buderus Applications manual show the expansion tank on the supply side (after manifold) and the circ on the return side between manifold and boiler.Another buderus applications manual shows the expansion on the return before the manifold with the circ between the manifold and boiler.
I've looked at many pictures of installs on the net and cannot figure out the best method
By the way does this boiler actually have factory built in air elimination?

Manifold
The manifold you describe is a low-loss header. It effectively seperates the boiler and the system. It is an easy way of plumbing primary/ secondary. The boiler circ can maintain the necessary gpm through the boiler and remain unaffected by the system circ.0
