electric boiler on hydronic heat

in Radiant Heating
I am trying to figure out what size boiler and average electric usage i will have.I am looking at install radiant heat under sub floor.I will be heating 1500 sq ft.The house is fairly well insulated it has new windows and doors.If i am using heat loss calc right it calls for 29000 btu heat loss.Any ideas on size and spacing of pex tubing would help also.
