Hudson county NJ steam heat specialists?

Hello all,



Thanks for all the excellent info on this site.



I own a 2 family home with a gas fired one pipe steam system.



The problem that I'm having is that the first floor apartment is heating up fast and evenly but the 2nd floor apartment is not getting hot fast enough before the thermostat (which is located on first floor with temperature set at 74F) shuts off the boiler.

Do you know of any old school steam heat specialist in Northern NJ that could troubleshoot this for me?
