in Gas Heating
I have a boiler that was running hot 200 degree. Replace aquastat, boiler guage, t&p, pressure tank, boiler feed valve, auto air vent, its now running at 180 degree but 30 psi. T&p drips at 30psi. Cold start at 12 PSI again replaced everything and never seen nothin like it. Any advice?

    Not much left.

    I see you replace everything but the kitchen sink...lol  It's probably the expansion tank or the feed valve is leaking by.  WHat is the size of the boiler, how many zones?  There are charts that enables you to size you expansion tank.
