Anybody know who makes the smallest steam boiler I have a load of 79 EDR

    Small Boiler

    The smallest I've ever seen is a Burham IN-3. It is rated for 158sqft EDR.

    Option?

    Maybe if you got a boiler with a tankless option you could put the excess load into a water heater/ storage tank.
