New convert from oil to gas, new burner. 6 out of the 7 radiators are now quiet after exhaustive leveling, venting, and piping all set. One lone radiator sounds like a slot machine and then as if water is gushing onto floor of bedroom (although it is not). I have releveled with shims, changed out vents, etc. Now lost. Advice? Also, until I get the folks who installed and remedied prior hammering issues back - I'd liek to shut off the radiator (and the hour long sounds) should I turn the vent upside down or turn off release valve at base?? Wil lthis quiet the radiator until a resolution is found?
Thank you!
Thank you!

try turning the vent upside down, and that should keep air in the radiator blocking steam from coming out.
is there enough main venting?
check the pitch of the main around where it feeds this radiator.
keep your pressure low.--nbc0
