Where can I buy replacement 1930's recessed finned tube radiator?

I am looking for replacements for finned tube radiators in convectors which are leaking in a home I want to buy. They are recessed in the wall behind a metal cover with damper. There are different sizes, all just 4.25" deep. The top of the fins is 11" though the fins themselves are only 6.25" high. The length on one of the radiators is 27.5". Please see attached photos; they are taken with the cover open. A 1" or 1.25" steam pipe connects vertically to the bottom of the finned tube radiator. Where can I find and buy these replacement finned tube radiators? The home was built in 1930.

Leaking Fin Tube:
Unless there is a really compelling reason for you to buy this house, I would worry about the fact that is this one is leaking, how many more are there to follow and can it be easily resolved?
Things like that usually become deal breakers and if I was asked by someone who I was representing, I would point that out.0
