Our furnace is not working. We have a company coming out tomorrow morning but it's 20 degrees and I'm afraid the pipes will freeze. I've changed a furnace motor before.
The furnace comes on and spins and then after a few minutes makes a noise and the motor stops. Control board flashes 3 times. It is a Rheem furnace.
Do I need a new motor? Any idea where to get one in Denver?
Thank You,
T. Derek Olson
