in Oil Heating
Replacing my old hot water heater and boiler. Contractor has offered to install Biasi B10-5 oil fired water boiler and 45 gal Bederus indirect hot water heater(don't know if it's SS). So boiler would have 3 zones, one for hot water heater and two for baseboard heater. For all together he is asking for $6500(installing boiler, hot water heater, 3 cir. pumps, and all other things that goes with it). My problem is that, I have not heard much about Biasi or Bederus. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? On top of that I like when i read through about Slant fin EC14 or EC15 oil fired water boiler and Slant fin HWT-60 indirect hot water heater. What is your experience with Slant fin product. Please comment. Like to hear if you could recommend any good oil fired hot water boiler and indirect hot water heater. Waiting for earliest reply.

For starters.....
we do NOT discuss pricing... Biasi and Buderus are both good units. Has anyone done a heatloss or did he/she just go off of what was there for an existing boiler.0
