    Hopefully

Gerry Gill will respond as he is the one that got me hooked on them. The only thing I have seen mentioned and its not directly related to steamaster tablets is a higher PH can errode the gauge glass.  Personally I'm not concerned as I'd rather replace a $1 peice of glass than my block and I keep my PH around 9.  I'm going to order a few as well as a cutter with my next order from pexsupply.com

Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

    Thanks Chris

I would also not be concerned About a Sight glass

But A well-known boiler manufacture do use gaskets between their sections, does the PH

Levell have an effect on these

    Thanks

    gaskets

My boiler is a Weil-Mclain which has gaskets. As far as I know a high PH of even 11+ wouldn't bother the gaskets but that would cause foaming issues.
