Fell into job with many problems, Burnham Revolution Rv6 stainless venting rotting away from condenstation. Problem max venting legth is 55 ft., Venting now is 67ft. Thats with straits and elbows. Do i replace and in another 8-10 yrs replace it again which is totally wrong. Maybe move boiler closer to exterior wall?? Boiler has been in for 12yrs now. Taking suggestions seeing Burnham wont give any.

venting
According to their specs PolyPro is only rated for 230 degrees and the Burnham rv6 flue gas temperature is above that.
I am surprised that 29-4C stainless is corroding so bad. If it is corroding I would think the inducer would definitely be on its way out. I would be more concerned if the boiler was venting 100% of the flue gasses.
Needs a combustion test. Just because it runs, doesn't mean its venting. No one has died yet, but that may just be dumb luck.0
