I have question. Would someone who is a NYC licensed high-pressure boiler operating engineer meet the qualifications to go for the oil-burning equipment installer class B license exam? I've read the Title 28 article 412 information for "oil-burning equipment installer license" but I've found that sometimes the qualifications can be left to one's own interpretation.
