More venting? maybe?

After living with my system for a year since the install and tweaking things I decided I wanted more main venting on my longest steam main. I added a fourth G1 to it and may swap the Hoffman 4A out for a G1 on the short main but I'm going to wait and see what happens.
The reason I decided to add a fourth vent is often when the boiler fires up and starts steaming I hear a rush of air out of the rad vents for a second or 2, though I think this may be when the main vents close, I'm not sure. I figured adding a fourth vent couldn't do any harm either way.
I have the vents turned to try and keep steam off of other vents and wood if possible, just in case a vent fails. Just me being me again and it probably doesn't matter. I also have 3 vents on one side and 1 on the other as I have it pitched slightly. The street ell won't hold water but those tees will.
Reason for the 4A main vent on the short main is two of the radiators on the it are vented as slow as I could possibly get a Hoffman 1A to reliably vent. One is in my bedroom and I like a cold bedroom, the other is in my livingroom which is the only room in the house with insulated walls and windows. Swapping in a Hoffman 4A brought the system into balance as best I could.
