My Vitodens 200 boiler control panel display shows DHW: OFF (even though space heating is working fine and the control unit display shows that both DHW and Space Heating programs are selected). I cannot find any mention of this condition in any of the manuals. Does anyone know what might cause this condition>
I should also mention that we had a power failure and this condition might have started after that event, but I cannot prove that for sure.

Reboot
If it was working before, turn off the appliance for 1 minute, than turn back on which will reboot the computer. The DHW should come back on. Otherwise, it may be the sensor...do a scan check to see that all is well.0 -
First Thing
Is to check under coding #2 and make sure the system type is set correctly. When you lost power the boiler may have reverted its self back to 00:1 system type and is not recognizing the DHW sensor. There was an error rendering this rich post.
