I've got a problem, my customers got a leaking Mechanical valve. I've been in business 25yrs never seen a valve like this. It's hooked to the commercial baseboard, in supply line before (I think) baseboard. It's approx. 6" high ,4"wide and 4" deep. When you pull cover there's a motor and thermostat wiring. It's got R: W: B;and O terms, there is a thermostat and looks to be very old. On the cover it says " The Mechanical Valve Company" . I'm assuming its a zone valve, it only has an in and out 1" blk pipe. Its leaking and I'm wondering if I can just pull the guts out of it for now. One more thing, it's 20 volts, weird huh! Looking for help. Thank you
