I'm a software entrepreneur, and I'm evaluating this industry. I talked to Dan and he recommended me to reach out to you. What are you finding to be the most frustrating when it comes to existing software applications? I'd just like to know what headaches you're facing so that I can help you out.

    most frustrating

    Other than just flat out bad design (especially UI design) is the reliance on Windows and especially on old versions of VB or VC++ libraries.
