I do professional house inspections and I came upon this new isntallation in Queens, NY. I recognize some of the issues:
1. Dirty, unstable water line. No skim port in sight.
2. Only one riser used.
3. Equalizer is too low and pitched toward the riser.
4. OIl burner left producing soot, like oil was cheap.
Is there no pride in work anymore?
