I need a little help on how to disable the intermittent test of the CG450 low water cutoff. Any help would be great.

You can't.
On boilers that offer probe type LWCOs, some manufacturers require a model with an intermittent level test, so there's no way to turn off the feature, and replacing it with a model that doesn't have it voids the warranty. If your boiler doesn't have this requirement or it's already out of warranty you can replace your CycleGard with a Safgard.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
