Association Memberships

Does anyone know of an association they believe is a great value? In the membership I am looking for as much bang for the buck as possible. The ability to pay for online training in the HVAC field, a database of webinars, training videos, etc online would be nice. As an example, RPA (Radiant Panel Association) offered these benefits. Continuing education credits towards license renewals is one benefit of being a member of an accredited association, so if I must pay for a membership, I consider quality training material to be essential. If I have to pay $300 for a membership and get nothing in return except a membership card, I don't consider that good value.

Any help is appreciated.
