r value question

I am attempting to do a heatloss calculation on a brick row house 15 feet wide by 37 feet long. There is a similar attached row house on both sides along the 37 foot wall. Since there is a heated home on either side what type of R value should I assign to these walls?

row houses
Are the two houses on either side heated? If so, you can usually disregard losses through those walls.0 -
Thanks
Thanks SWEI. Yeah both houses have heat in them.0
