Custom-built stainless steel liners, liner insulation

Greetings,



I have two questions:



1) Does anyone know where to find custom-built stainless steel chimney liners? I've got an old chimney with odd dimensions and can't find a pre-made liner that's both large enough (for drafting) and small enough to fit in my chimney



2) Is it necessary to insulate stainless steel liners? My fireplace is wood burning and most of the chimney is outside the house.
