Old,old Honeywell zone valves

I have a hot water radiant heat system with very old Honeywell zone valves. They are 24v, powered both open and closed, and have a plastic dial on the side which says open and closed. The terminals are TR, TR, B,W, R and then an end switch with three wires. The valve is 2-way with the in on the bottom (vertical) and the out on the side (horizontal), with the motor and gears in the top. I can see one plastic gear which is stripped. What model is this, what can I replace it with? Anyone have a wiring diagram. I assume the end switch is in parallel with the next and they turn on the circ pump. Why does it have a transformer built into it?
