Freeze Pump, Freeze Protection Pump

Good Morning,
I'm trying to find a piping diagram for a freeze protection pump for a chilled water coil.
I've never specified a freeze protection pump before because all the chilled water systems I've been involved with have used a water/glycol mix. Glycol is not an option for this project because the unit is being installed in a building owned by the Veteran's Administration which has a mandate against glycol due to reduced heat transfer efficiency.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Eric

If anyone with a bit more knowledge could review it I'd be grateful.0
