Valve EDR vs Radiator EDR

Recently had to replace original Richardson valve with Mepco orificing valve rated 130 edr; radiator is rated 17 edr.  Also have a mepco 30 edr valve, but tech said it was 1/2 in nipple in 3/4 in bushing on rad, so we put in 130.  Would this affect performance of rad?
