Old Boiler

I serviced the boiler and replaced the air eliminator and the expansion tank and the pressure reducing valve and the pressure relief valve.
The unit was turned on and it exploded at the main burner after it was on for about 15 minutes.
I would have to kbow that the oriface is plugged or the burner's gas supply may have soot in it.
Any good techniques for cleaning and correcting this problem would be most appreciated!
Thank You !
