Thermostat question

My White Rogers 1f78-151 shows a lower Temp by 1 degree and sometimes 2 then the Honeywell t8602d 2000 digital thermostat. An independent thermometer had a reading of 68 the Honeywell 69 and the white rogers 67 now 68. Why would this happen if they were all on the same table? I was tyring to see if they would all be equal but they were not.
Also where do I get a 104994A Calibration wrench to calibrate a Honeywell thermostat model T8090a?
What size id s the nut so I can find a generic wrench or does anyone know where I can find a generic wrench?
