Monitron aquastat settings

Hi,

I have a electric boiler slant/fin Monitron for my infloor water radiant heat. I have 3 zone valves and 1 circ. pump. The aquastat has 2 dials, a HI and a LOW. The manual says to set the LOW LIMIT at 180F but doesn't mention anything about the HI setting other than saying to keep the limit thermostat closed?? ( are they talking about the HI dial?) What should be the LOW and the HI setting? I just can't figure this one out, thanks!
