Deciding between oil fired boilers

Need to replace oil fueled boiler in coastal NH. Got a quote for a Biasi B10-4 with Riello burner and a Peerless WBV3 with Beckett Burner. The house has hot water baseboards. This is all completely new to me and I don't know how to decide. We don't know anything about boilers, so your help would be gratefully received!
