Proper radiator vent

Need to slow/reduce the heating of the radiator in my son's very small 2nd floor bedroom. Our system overall is pretty well balanced and heats evenly, but by the end of a cycle his room is often 3-4 degrees warmer than others.
The radiator is a column type with 3 columns, 8 sections and 22" tall. The vent currently on there is a non-adjustable Vent-Rite No. 11.
Before I splurge on a thermostatic valve, is there a more appropriately sized vent I should try?
Many thanks.
Erik

1A or a TRV
A Ventrite #11 is rated for 0.118 CFM, the Ventrite #1 adjustable vent is 0.020 at setting #2 (both at 2oz of pressure; it's off at #1) so that might work. Otherwise you might consider a TRV which would shut the radiator down at a specific temperature.
