Hot Water Solution

I have a client with a 50 Gallon Lochinvar oil fired water heater. In addition, he has a oil fired warm air furnace: two oil burners to service on a regular basis. The water heater and furnace are just over 10 years old.

What I would like to present to him is a system that will provide hot water and a separate zone for a hydro coil sitting atop a new air handler.

I'm looking to possibly utilize a new and perhaps larger water heater with the capacity to run an additional zone for the air handler. If I ramp up the temp on the heater, I can incorporate a tempering valve for the domestic side.

I am trying to avoid installing an oil fired hot water boiler with a indirect domestic water heater.

Ultimately I'm looking for feedback on the new boiler and indirect verses new water heater with zone for coil and new air handler. Either way I have to include the new air handler.

Thanks.
