new boilers

I am involved in the installation of a replacement of an old superior 2,600,000 btu fire tube boiler. i have started the instal and am installing two kn-10 hydrotherm condensing boilers. I am concerned about the condensate that is going to be produced by these two boilers especially since the boiler room is below grade and the floor drains (cast iron) flow into a duplex sewage ejection system which is pumped to the sanitary sewer. I was planning to just allow the condensate to flow to the nearest floor drain but now I wondering if I might not be setting myself up for some future damage to the drainage system or the pumps. Any code info on this would also be helpful if there is any.

Thanks

DC Jim

    condensate

Pretty sure the neutralization requirement here is actually a state modification to the UMC.  Regardless, condensate and cast iron do NOT mix, so you're on the right track.  We use http://axiomind.sasktelwebhosting.com/CondensateNeutralizers.php but there are plenty of options.

    Is there any codes?

I understand the problems with this instal but I can not find any codes at least in D.C. that actually states it is enforceable by any code to add a neutralizer to prevent damage to the existing cast iron plumbing or ejection system. Am I looking in the wrong places? Or is there no codes at this time.

    Thanks
