Burnham Freedom error code 12

Hi have a Burnham Freedom error code 12 been a recurring problem for a  few months now boiler wont restart. I already verified 24 volts and the pressure is fine. Any help would be great. Thanks

    That is the code for a low water condition. Have you checked the LWCO for proper operation?

    Hi Joe Thanks for the reply. The water pressure is fine. I tested water sensor its fine checked fuses and verified the 24 volts to transformer. Any other suggestions would be great I was just hopeing someone ran across this issue and new exactly the issue. This seems to be a problem with these early models. Thanks
