What is the correct way to install main vents?

I just received my Gorton #2 main vents and have an install question. I would like to place the tee upright over the main (using a 7" nipple) and install one vent on the top of the tee. Then run a nipple off the middle of this tee at a 90 degree angle and put an elbow on the end and install the other vent there. Would this be okay since it would put one vent a little higher and directly over the main? Would this cause this one vent to work harder than the other and somehow reduce the efficiency?

That
Will be fine. Just make sure that the horizontal section of your antler has some pitch toward the tee, so that any condensate can drain. You may have to use two 45s to make up an adjustable fitting to give you pitch in the correct direction. Enjoy,

Thanks
Thanks I installed one set and will do the other set after I get a few more parts. I stocked up on 3/4" fittings but when I got the vents they turned out to be 1/2".0
