I have a very general question - do you know if any experts in the field of antique heating systems? I am working on a college history project and am looking for where a specific boiler insignia came from (basically who built the boilers). There is no info on the boilers themselves except for the insignia on the front doors. The building is from 1920's so it was coal to creat steam heat.
That's all I know. Historical society was not able to help - wondering if there is any way to figure this out?

There are many experts on this site with a wide knowledge of antique (and currently functioning) systems. I picture or at least the name of what you're looking at would help. If this is a steam system, I might post in that section as well. VVTwo-pipe Trane vaporvacuum system; 1466 edr
Twinned, staged Slantfin TR50s piped into 4" header with Riello G400 burners; 240K lead, 200K lag Btus. Controlled by Taco Relay and Honeywell RTH6580WF0
