Peerless G-561 dosn't stay lit
Snips
Member Posts: 4
Hey I am having issues with my Peerless G-561 1991, it will not say lit. I have replaced the thermocouple with a 24" Universal Thermocouple however that did not fix the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information please ask.

I have provided a few pictures hoping they can answer you questions. If I hold the switch on it will keep the gas flowing however it will not stay open itself.0 -
Looks like the thermocouple isn't getting hot.
I see the silhouette of the thermocouple against the center of the flame, but it isn't glowing red, and it doesn't look like the flame is wrapping around it. See if you can push it back a little so it's right in the flame.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
