Rinnai Condensing boiler VENT

I am installing the Rinnai E110C condensing boiler. I am parallel venting using 3" PVC. The exhaust is going straight up through the roof (the only place it can be installed) when I punch through the roof what approved roof boots can I use? Can I use a standard 3" PVC roof flange like I use for a 3" PVC plumbing stack?

    Roof flashing

    We use exclusively 3 and 4 inch plumbing vent rubber roof vent flashings. They allow expansion of the pipe without leakage!
