Noisy Circulator pump

I have a 24 unit building with 2 pumps serving different parts of the building. They both work well but one makes noise. It sounds like the connector mechanism 4 small springs and a bar between the motor and the pump. I have taken both motors off and they seem to be connected exactly the same, No extra play in the springs but one makes a rattling noise and the other doesn't. Any ideas would be appreciated.
