what does it all mean other than the basic short forms here?? Tank is 30" dia by 80" long. A high power magnet will not stick to any of it. Yes its in the abandoned chicken house!!

The tank may be made from a nickel copper alloy called monel.

If so Its worth a small fortune in scrap0 -
