    I am trying to get together a maintenance schedule and tracking system for a 40

    home luxury condo complex. Starting from scratch. Everything from  doors,appliances and windows to single family units and large buildings. with all hvac included.

    Something that a property management company would buy.  Not sure this is the best place to find those...
