coils not getting hot

in THE MAIN WALL
the pipes to the heating coil is not getting hot and the AHU are in high humidity alarm. what should I do to get them out of alarm.

    I'm sure I won't know the answer, but whoever does will need a lot more info. Like: What is the make and model of the equipment, where do you see the alarm listed? What kind of control is it using. And more may be needed.
