First guess is just the usual.

Evap fan? Liquid line restriction? Plugged orifice?

I know you have thought of all this stuff. What kind of system is this?

    Return duct

Return duct in attic sucking in hot air and over loading the system.90 degree inside tho would have me believing that you have some type of heat coming on from something.we are just guessing right?

    Make my day.

There are a few factors affecting these unit's.All windows were open wide. Both cond units are 10 seer ,2 1/2 t ,hooked up to 3t air handler set on hi speed, cond coils are plugged, fins are falling off, both cond units are stuck in a corner short circuiting hot discharge air.Return duct's are connected and attic is 120* -125* or so.BUT,the customer LOOKED at me funny when I listed all of the causes of why his house was hot.He again said "worked fine up till this past week" ! It help's to laugh at this.
