Combination geothermal and gas

This is one of my friends house that we rebuilt after a fire. He wanted to be green so we installed a combo geothermal system made by Water Furnace. It heats/cool the air, makes hot water and provides some energy to the 23 zone radiant. Of course, it cannot perform all of that at the same time! We have a Lochinvar KBN285 to supplement the geothermal and ventilation air heating. The Knight also can provide pool heating through a titanium heat exchanger. He and his wife are extremely satisfied with the comfort of the system. The entire setup was designed by me except for the radiant layouts which were done by Uponnor. It has been 2.5 years and it runs like a Swiss watch.
