Low temperature aquastat

I am looing for a low temperature aquastat(down to 30F) than open on temperature fall.  I Know Johnson controls has a digital model but I need a plan old mechanical style.  I am trying to protect the source side of a snowmelt heatexchanger from freezing

    Try

    Honeywell T675A1045. I use them for snowmelt, outdoor reset pump control on simple systems and on refrigeration/chiller applications.
