STILL looking for a steam guy in NYC

Posted a few weeks ago looking for a recommendation.  Thanks FJL for your recommendation of Superior Services, however they do not service the Queens area.  I contacted the "steam expert" listed here in my area.  They took my info but never returned my call to set up an appointment.  I next contacted another listing on this website under fund a contractor.  They came - gave me an estimate - I called THREE times now to clarify a few things......still have not spoken with anyone who can answer my questions.  I didn't expect this to be such a chore...LOL.  Any more recommendations from any one here?  Thanks all !
