What type of Jacket/sleeving is everyone using on their commercial solar thermal installs? Aluminum jacketing? PVC?
On residential I use PVC sleeving.

Jacketing for solar loop exterior piping
Where are you purchasing the material for jacketing the exterior pipes and insulation for the solar loop?
I thought if I re-adjusted my original post I may get a reply. : )0 -
depends
If we do the insulation ourselves (which we do on small commercial projects) we tend to use PVC. When we hire out the pipe insulation to a sub contractor (which we tend to do for systems over about 1000 sf of collector), they tend to use aluminum outside and PVC inside.
